About the event

Introduction to Historical Swordplay (July 7th- Aug 11th 2025)

We are excited to invite you to our Introduction to Historical Fencing and Swordplay class starting July 7th at 6:00pm, hosted at the Rose Center in Morristown, TN. This class is aimed at teaching the basics of fencing from historical sources and will focus on form, footwork and defense. The class will last approximately 50min and occurs weekly for a 6 week duration. Recommended for adults and ages 14 and up but school middle school age children are welcome if accompanied by an adult. The fee for the course is $60 dollars. No equipment is necessary for this class, athletic wear is recommended.
