YOGA ON THE ROCKS

Let's rejuvenate and recharge YOGA ON THE ROCKS at Red Rocks Amphitheater on Saturday, July 19th, at 7:00am!

Emily will get to Red Rocks a little early (around 6:35/6:40am) to try to stake out a small spot on the north side of the seats about halfway down), but the class usually starts promptly at 7:00am, so try to get there early as well to be considerate of other yogis attending if you would like to sit together :)

The class on this day will be run by Sonja from Better Buzz Yoga, and there are typically food/drink/clothing vendors at the top of the amphitheater after the class is finished! Make sure to bring a yoga mat and water!

Tickets right now are found cheapest (around $38 after taxes/fees as of 5/24) on Seat Geek, but you can also buy tickets straight from the Red Rocks Amphitheater website if you are more comfortable with that!
