Connected Embodiment Circle

Join us in the Connected Embodiment Circle! Together we will move through a variety of practices to utilize our body's natural processing system to truly embody change we want for ourselves.

This intentionally curated evening is for those looking to:

• Embrace something new
• Release old, unhelpful beliefs
• Learn more about processing via the body
• Process thoughts and emotions with community
• Feel seen & supported by others

We will open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao, or different mushroom mixes availble) to ground into our bodies. These plant medicines allow us to tap into our emotional body and feel more open.

Then you will be guided through therapeutic reflection to identify and begin to process a belifs you want to shift. This will progress into some somatic practices of light movement, tapping, etc. Elements and concepts from EMDR and somatic experiencing therapies will be integrated.

Next, you will be supported through rounds of breathwork and EMDR tapping to access your subconscious mind and integrate the reflection practice. This type of active breathwork and bilateral stimlation will encourage your body to somatically release emotional energy that has been stored in the nervous system.

The group will then move through a guided connection process. This will include group work with your fellow attendees to challege yourself to be truly witnessed and supported as you are.

We will close together in circle, and have time at the end to share and connect further.

Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & Reiki II practitioner Val Davis.

• Comfy clothes
• Yoga mat
• Pillow (to sit on and/or for breathwork)
• Anything you want for breathwork (blanket, eye mask, bolster)
• Clothing layers: we will be in the foothills where temp is 10-15 degrees cooler than Denver
  

I have extra eye masks, and a couple yoga mats available.

Water, tea, and light snacks will also be provided!

Space we will gather in together, located in the foothills of Morrison, CO.

NOTE: Only a camping toilet in a privacy tent is available immediately outside the door located in photo. If this does not meet your personal needs, please note that ahead of time. You can receive full refund if already booked.
