Vinyasa Flow with Brooks:
In this invigorating Vinyasa Flow class, Brooks will guide you through a dynamic sequence of yoga postures that synchronize movement with breath. Experience strength, flexibility, and inner calm as you flow through the practice, cultivating a deeper mind-body connection.
Sound Healing Singing Bowls with Nicole:
Following the Vinyasa Flow class, Nicole will lead a Sound Healing session using the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies that promote relaxation, release tension, and restore energetic balance.
