9:15-10am Seated Strength & Cardio
11:05-11:50am Cycle
12:10-12:50pm STRENGTH class

9:15-10am Seated Yoga
11:05-11:50am Kickboxing
12:10-12:40pm 30-minute Core class
1:10-1:50pm Yoga (outdoors weather permitting)
