We’d like to wish all of our members a very happy New Year! We hope you’ve had a lovely festive break and were able to create some special memories with loved ones 💙

We also know that times like Christmas can bring a lot of unsettlement and dysregulation for our Children & Young People!

As routines return and normality resumes, you may be feeling ready for a moment to pause, breathe, and take a little time back for yourself.
