Dr Yulia Dzenkovska is a marketing expert with over a decade of experience in the industry and a PhD on customer experience quality. Yulia has worked with a variety of businesses to help them improve their adoption of AI technology, as well as marketing and customer experience management strategy. Yulia uses her skills in marketing strategy and market research to develop AI solutions that are not only cutting-edge but also tailored to meet market demands and business goals.

: Videographer and Media Consultant

Tim Goodill began his career in television, where he developed a strong foundation in directing, editing, and visual storytelling. Drawing on this professional experience, he established Cassini Films an award-winning video production company based in the North East. Today, he works with a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses, local authorities, and community organisations, creating everything from promotional films and product explainers to staff training videos and social media content.
