Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, this beginners class offers a supportive, steady approach to movement in a welcoming environment.
Classes move at gentle pace, with clear guidance and simple postures to help you feel stable, confident and at ease. We’ll work carefully with alignment and breath, building strength and balance gradually.
No matter your age, fitness or flexibility, you’ll be encouraged to work within your own limits. Modifications are offered, so if you have injuries or health concerns, we can help you find a version of each pose that works for you.
