Breath And Cacao is back in Mornington.
These sessions are alway so special. The Cacao opens and softens the heart, the breathwork clears emotional and physical blockages.
@being.jess.ellen and @breathe.into.life hold sacred space for you to come and receive the gift of plant medicine in the form of cacao and work towards the release and expression of self, cutting away what’s holding you back, understanding who you are and finding your way towards peace love and gratitude.
