Hiring your first employee? Looking to strengthen your current team? Join us for Human Resource Essentials, a dynamic workshop designed to help small business owners navigate the HR side of business with confidence.

In this engaging and informative session, you'll learn how to recruit, hire, and manage employees effectively while staying compliant with California labor laws. From writing job descriptions and onboarding new team members to understanding payroll basics and handling workplace policies, this workshop covers the key HR foundations every small business needs.
