"Ecstatic dance and drumming requires no specific steps. It’s a form of dance and rhythm in which the dancers abandon themselves to rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.”

Come a few minutes early if you want to participate in our opening. We circle around Elojino while calling in the directions. Our free flow movement is centered around the grandmother drum with the option of playing during the music set.

Arrive . Connect . Circle
Music starts in a relaxed way giving you a chance to move slowly, stretch, and go inwards connecting with your intuitive nature. The rhythm progressively increases eventually reaching high energy. We’ll slow down and conclude with a sound bath sitting or laying in stillness & absorbing positive vibrations surrounding us.
