Mom & toddler workout

Mark your calendars!�I’ll be teaching a Mom & Little One Fitness Class at The Native Play Cafe August 2nd at 10 a.m.! �

This class is all about:

� Full-body movement (bodyweight + bands)

� Boosting your energy + mood

� Connecting with your little one through fun & fitness

� Meeting other amazing moms in the community!

And the best part? Your little one can join you in the workout or explore this incredible indoor play space for kid, full of toys and fun setups to keep them happy and busy while you get your movement in. �

All fitness levels welcome — whether you’re newly postpartum, pregnant, or just need some time to move and connect.
