Meditate & Paint Workshop

Join us for a unique "Meditate and Paint" workshop designed to awaken your inner artist and cultivate mindfulness. This session offers a serene escape where you'll begin with a short guided meditation to calm your mind, ground your energy, and enhance focus.

This will be followed by a painting experience where you'll create a beautiful glowing underwater jellyfish scene on an 11x14 canvas. The painting will be fully guided, but you are welcome to modify it as you wish. No prior art or meditation experience is necessary – just an open mind and a willingness to explore your creativity. All materials are provided. Come discover the joy of creating from a place of peace and presence!
