Beginners Yoga Series w/ Ferryn

This 6-week beginner yoga series w/ Ferryn begins on Monday, May 5th @ 5:30 pm and is hosted in our Salt Vault (room) and designed to gently guide you into the world of yoga. Whether you’ve never stepped onto a mat before or are looking for a refresher, this series is the perfect place to start. In a supportive and encouraging environment, you’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga, including:
• Basic postures and breathing techniques
• Stress reduction and relaxation
• Increased flexibility and strength
• Community and connection
• Build a strong foundation for your yoga practice
