Algal Bloom & Fish K*ll Resource Workshop - Registration is Required

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

This free, virtual workshop will be held on Tuesday, July 22, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. We’ll explore the impacts of harmful algal blooms (HABs) and fish kills on our coastal fisheries, with updates from Coastal Carolina Riverwatch staff and interns.

The agenda includes:

A walkthrough of DEQ's Division of Water Resources HAB Dashboard
Updates on individual reporting and data sharing from the NC Department of Environmental Quality
A discussion of HAB-related concerns from local water quality stakeholders
A Q&A session with helpful tools and resources
