wilderness and water workshops

come join in where coastal cliff waters meet the countryside green at Heysham head for a gentle wilderness soundbath, meditation and breathing workshop!
Practise mindful breathing exercises, gentle meditation and soundbathing using the natural world around us
don't forget a small blanket for the meditation aswell as towel and swim wear AND a tow float if you wish to join in with the meditation float at 1pm. we will attempt to have a couple spares available for those without but we stress we do not have certifications in water based works. entering the water is at your own risk and we will not be promoting open water swimming at this workshop. we will simply be entering a shallow space of the Heysham cove to float for soundbathing for a maximum of 5 minutes before winding down the session with some gentle breathing works.
