Women’s circles help to provide a safe space for women to share their true selves, where they can find their voice, reclaim their power, and remember their self-worth. Together you can celebrate your unique diversity, while honoring the universal divine feminine energy to foster self-growth and transformation.
I am looking forward to allowing this to be a safe space for you to be exactly who you need to be at that precise time. There will be no demands made on you to speak if you don't wish to. If you do, then that is great because I don't want to have to do all the talking (haha).
Having run a number of successful Circles so far, I know what a valuable source of support this space is for all of us.

Booking is essential
You will need : a mat to lie on, a blanket & pillow, water, comfortable warm clothing and a candle with lighter
What to expect :
* a safe space to be YOU not a wife, partner, mum, sister, aunty, grandparent, work colleague, friend - just YOU
* there will be some 'rules and boundaries' we need to all abide by, these will be simple to understand and follow are are required for the safety of all us of. I will hand a copy of these out to you on arrival and we will run through them together
* Meditation - there will be a gentle shortish meditation at each session
* I plan on adding in little extras each session such as oracle/tarot cards, music, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, finding presence, journalling, manifestation, rituals, tapping into your intuition and inner guidance, listening to your heart, sharing stories, and more ......
* a hot drink and HOMEMADE CAKE !
I cannot wait to begin this fresh new exciting offering with you all where we an all celebrate our Divine Feminine and tap into our Unique Selves.
