Certificate III in Retail (Café ops) Start Anytime
Our classroom-based courses are designed to give students the best possible skills and knowledge to gain employment in the retail sector. This course is full time and includes:
Certificate III in retail
Responsible service of alcohol
Prepare and serve espresso coffee
Use hygienic practices for food safety
Experience working in our fully functional training cafe
30 hours of vocational placement in a commercial venue that we source
Ongoing assistance with job placement post completion
The Certificate III in Retail Operations (café OPS) will give you all the relevant skills and knowledge to gain employment in roles such as a sales assistant, customer service assistant, point-of-sale operator, venue supervisor, bottle shop attendant, café/deli assistant.
Our highly experienced trainers have extensive experience in the retail industry and are able to unlock the inner retail superstar in anyone by improving communication skills, boosting self confidence and ensuring they are ready to launch into the retail industry.
This course is located in Morayfield, North Brisbane and is full time Monday to Thursday… we always start and finish in time to pick the kids up from school. Start anytime.
Fees: Normal Rate
Government Subsidised rate for eligible Queenslanders $182.00 ($14.00 per unit)
Concessional Rate: For those who hold a Health Care or Pensioner
Concession Card, and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders students. $92.00 ($7.00 per unit)
