We’re thrilled to launch SHE MOVES – a month-long program of FREE, low-cost, all-inclusive activities just for girls aged 12–18!

We are hosting a Girls Running Session on Monday 11th August from 6pm-7pm and we are calling all girls between the ages of 12-18 years to join us! 🙌 All abilities ‘Learn to Run (better!)’ session with qualified coaches! Learn the skills you require to enjoy and participate in running with other young females 🙏

Post-run refreshments!
