We will tie on new strands, create our own anklets, share knowledge from our path on and through womanhood within our sister circle, release love, openness and abundance throughout our bodies! we will sit in circle crafting our own anklets while we share one significant thing that we have learned in our journey through womanhood. Make it something that was an "ah ha! " Moment for you or even a "cheat code" that has changed the game for you! (If you don't feel comfortable sharing write it on an index and I will proudly share for you!)

ENGAGE IN a SENSUOUS led movement and stretch session. Purpose led:
Increased body awareness and confidence.
Improve flexibility and range of motion.
Reduce stress and emotional release.
Enhance self-expression and creativity.
Create A deeper connection to one's own sensuality (which is about engaging the senses, not necessarily explicitly sexual).
