Pottery Taster Session - Beginners Wheel Throwing

If you are new to pottery but don't know where to start / want a fun first throwing pottery experience then this is the class for you.

In a small class of up to 5 students, you'll start with the preparation of clay, then following a demonstration by the tutor, you will begin your own throwing, guided and supported at all the stages.

You will have a wheel each for the full length of the lesson and this gives you the ability to focus on and immerse yourself in the whole experience.

As this is just a 2.5 hour taster session, you can make as many pots as you can manage and then you can choose your 3 best pots. The tutor will ensure they are fired ready for you to come back and glaze. If you want us to glaze them an additional fee of £5/pot will be required to be paid on the day.
