Beach & Blankets Session V

This will be the final summer beach session of 2025!
It's time to zone out, lay back and relax, it's ME time!

Stretching, breathwork, relaxation and meditation in an hour with time afterward to chat and drink your flask of tea or coffee!

We meet at the beach in Montrose by the boardwalk entrance. Please arrive 10 minutes before hand.

🅿 Parking is available at Trail drive road.
Access to the beach is down the boardwalk.
