Arrive early for L’Apéro Mouvement from 6pm to 7:30pm, a thematic movement workshop led by Nico Couto to release and recharge before the evening unfolds.

This is a shoe-free space. Please bring what you need to keep your feet cozy and ready to dance!

You may travel between spaces so please wear comfortable dance clothes and bring any extra cozy attire you may need.

Nick nous invite dans un monde où les mélodies folk rencontrent le flux percussif, où l’imagerie poétique danse avec l’ancrage terrestre, et où les chansons portent le battement du cœur de notre expérience humaine. Son univers sonore est intime, brut et intensément vivant — il nous ramène au souffle, au corps, à l’appartenance. 🌬️🌀

Ces rencontres sont conçues comme des expériences immersives, sensibles et sans couture, guidées par l’écoute, l’improvisation et l’élan du moment. Chaque événement est un geste collectif vers la clarté, la bonté et la liberté, dans un espace sécuritaire, ouvert et créatif. 🌸💫

Que tu sois allongé·e sur un coussin, en mouvement à travers les vagues sonores ou simplement en train de témoigner — tout est bienvenu ici. 🤍
