Miso-Making Workshop Announcement

13July Sunday 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Location: 1245 Rue Bishop, Montréal

Workshop Details:
• Miso Quantity: 500 g
• Cost: $49
• Fermentation Period: 2-3 weeks to achieve a rich, aromatic sweet taste shiro miso
• Materials: All ingredients will be provided
• What to Bring: Please bring an apron and either a masher or rolling pin. If you don’t have these items, they will be available for use during the workshop.
