Description:
Session 1 (July 9): Emotions and How to Manage Them
In this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the world of emotions. Together, we’ll learn about the function of emotions, how to increase awareness of emotional states, and explore evidence-based strategies to help manage challenging emotions more effectively, whether you’re navigating exams, relationships, or everyday stress.

Session 2 (July 16): PERMA Model: The Science of Well-being
Struggling with stress or just want to feel more fulfilled? Discover the PERMA model—Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment—in this hands-on workshop for students. Learn how to enhance your personal life and walk away with real tools to boost your well-being, motivation, and success at university and beyond!
