The activities reconnects participants with aspects of African heritage, and practices that enrich self identity, promote self esteem, and joy!
Afterwards we will discuss how understanding ancestral roots and identity impacts mental health, self-image and ultimately self-esteem, while breaking bread with Cantine Toca Toca's Afro-Brazilian inspired vegan spread.
