The Seed: A Spring Manifestation, Sound Healing, and Meditation Experience

You are invited to join Sound Healer Haley Gaia and Meditation Teacher Nora Pogosyan on a transformative, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Yoga experience at Club Atwater. Spring is a time of possibility and renewal, making it the perfect season for setting intentions. You can think of an intention as an idea or energy you hope to bring into the world. Your intention can be anything from releasing an old belief to starting up a new project, like a business or piece of art!

The journey will begin with "planting" your intentions through a meditation practice before we flow into a gentle, Hatha Yoga session accessible for beginners and more advanced Yoga students. Nora will then guide participants through a mindful, visual Meditation where they can begin to see and feel their intentions in body, mind, and soul. Finally, guests will lay back on yoga mats and immerse in the healing frequencies of sacred Sound instruments, including Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Ocean Drum, and Live Song. These melodies will help to energetically clear any blockages that prevent dreams from coming into reality. We’ll conclude the session with a journaling practice to reflect on what arises. Expect to leave this event feeling inspired, restored, and attuned to the visions of the heart.
