Prenatal Yoga classes 2025

The Prenatal Yoga is nurturing and supportive practice designed specifically for expectant mothers.

This class provides a safe space to connect with your changing body and your growing baby. We will focus on gentle stretching, strengthening postures adapted for each trimester, and mindful breathing techniques to cultivate relaxation and prepare both body and mind for the journey of childbirth and motherhood.

All levels and trimesters are welcome.

This class is made for you if you want to:
- ease common Pregnancy Discomforts
- build strength and stamina for labor
- prepare the body for birth
- have a Supportive Community

Only 6 students can take part in the practice.
