E.A.S.E - Men's Conference & Workshop

On Saturday June 21, 2025 we invite you to experience the second EASE event.

The E.A.S.E event is a forum where men (women) come together to have conversations surrounding manhood (womanhood), spirituality, relationships, love, emotions, and mental wellness. It’s an event where men (women) can gain awareness and express themselves in an authentic way, by tapping into their emotions, thoughts and experiences, and sharing with others in a supportive environment. Overall, it’s a place for growth!

We listened to the reviews from the first year, and decided to extend the men's event by making it into a conference. The first year was amazing, people just needed a bit more from what we gather, so we are back this year to deliver.

This year we focus on Partnership (Hudband/Boyfriend), Fatherhood, Community, and overall mental wellness.

Our mission as usual is to build healthy foundations in the homes, stronger communities and to support a generation of resilient individuals.
