Join us for a gentle, supportive 4-week yoga journey designed to introduce (or reintroduce) you to the foundational elements of Yoga.
Each class has a dedicated focus to help you build strength, awareness, and confidence.
Week 1 (10th of August)
Standing Asanas: balance, grounding & posture
• Week 2 (17th of August)
Forward Bends & Twists: release tension & create space
Week 3 (31st of August)
Backbends: energise, open, and lift your mood.
Week 4 (7th of September)
Restorative & Pranayama: reset your nervous system & connect to the breath
Each session ends with a deep Savasana (guided restorative asana) to integrate the practice, relax your body and nervous system, and leave you feeling calm and refreshed.
You'll learn how to safely bring these practices into your own home routine, in a way that's accessible, sustainable, and deeply nourishing. All levels welcome
