Strength class with Erinn

Class description: Core and More is a 45-minute total body conditioning class using our own body weight and resistance bands with special emphasis on our core, glutes and stabilizing muscles.

Meet your instructor Erinn!

Erinn Whitehead is the Wellness Manager at the West Clermont HealthPlex in Batavia. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor for 19 years. She teaches Group Cycle, Mat Pilates, Strength and Cardio classes at the HealthPlex. Erinn is a 1990 graduate of the Ohio State University in Advertising and received her Personal Training Certification in 2006. Prior to her time at the West Clermont HealthPlex, Erinn was in corporate wellness with Tri-Health and has taught group fitness at various facilities in Cincinnati and Indianapolis areas. She serves on a local running club board of directors and coached track and field for 12 years.

Class is FREE! BYOM: Bring your own mat and some water!
