Sheridan Heights Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Sheridan Heights Community Center, located at 3501 Faro Dr, is set to celebrate its long-awaited ribbon cutting on May 6 at 10 a.m. This event marks a significant milestone for District 3, as the community center has undergone extensive renovations.

The center has undergone major improvements, including a resurfaced pool, a newly resurfaced gym floor, and the addition of a new table tennis game. Notably, the center will also unveil a brand new e-gaming room, making it the second gaming room in the community centers.

Mayor Steven Reed, along with Councilwoman Marche Johnson and other influential government officials, will be present to discuss the renovations and their impact on the community. This gathering aims to highlight the importance of the community center as a hub for local activities and engagement.
