About the event

POPSICLE PUSH-UP LABOR DAY WEEKEND FUN RUN

Join the River Region Runners (R3) Saturday, August 30th, for a fun run of the old Labor Day 8K course or the 2-mile course. After the run, do 10 push-ups (optional) and enjoy a refreshing push-up ice cream treat! Run starts at 7am. All must sign liability form between 6:30 and 6:45. Free event for R3 members and non-members.

As Jeff Galloway says, "We are designed to run, and we increase our chance of daily happiness when we do so.”

Start your Labor Day weekend with some daily happiness by running and/or walking with fellow runners at this annual R3 event!
