Typical Backpack Contents:

Breakfast items:
Oatmeal, grits, cereal/multigrain bars, breakfast cookies, boxed fruit juice or milk.

Lunch items:
Canned pasta, canned tuna, soup, mac and cheese, baked beans, vegetables, chili, beef stew, ravioli, canned carrots, and green beans.

Snacks:
Crackers, craisins, raisins, dried fruit, peanut butter and jelly, trail mix, nuts, pretzels, squeezy fruit, applesauce, mandarin oranges, pudding cups and bottled water.
