About the host: Han-'Naeh Besler is a programmer for film festivals, which means she likes experiencing new films, sharing them with others, and figuring them out!

About the movie: Critically well-reviewed, and championed as a crowd pleaser, The Ballad of Wallis Island is a charming little character study of a guy with too much time and money, and the musical duo he hires to entertain him.

Charles Heath is a big money lottery winner and owner of the titular island. His absolute favorite group, McGwyer Mortimer is disbanded, but brought back together for a private performance on the desolate island off the coast of Wales.

Of course, Charles hasn't mentioned to McGwer Mortimer that this is a reunion show. And the fact that McGwer Mortimer are ex-lovers ads more than a bit of tension.

You'll laugh, you'll cry, it will become part of you.
