From October 6th through October 12th, take on a new plank each day during your Pilates classes. Complete all 7 deadly planks in 7 days and you’ll be entered to win amazing prizes! 🔥

The Challenge:
Day 1: Forearm Plank
Day 2: Extended Plank
Day 3: Forearm Side Plank
Day 4: Extended Side Plank
Day 5: Knee to Elbow
Day 6: Plank with Leg Lift
Day 7: Triceps Push Up

This is your chance to test your strength, fire up your core, and have fun with our community. 💪
