Friday, July 11 | 1:00 PM registration & 2:00 PM Kickoff | La Mesa Community Center | FREE for eligible patrons


With summer heating up, we want to help you beat the heat! Join MWR Fitness for its second annual Beat the Heat 3K Fun Run/Walk on Friday, July 11th!

Same-day registration will start at 1:00 PM & kick-off is at 2:00 PM! You'll end the run just in time to join in on the FREE family fun at Community Recreation's Party in the Park.
