Summer Yoga @ Montclair Public Library

Start your day off right with an outdoor yoga session for tweens and their grownups! (No unaccompanied grownups, please.) Instructor Brittany Martorella will lead you through gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises to help achieve inner peace. Registration required: https://bccls.libcal.com/event/14801681

Participants should wear socks and bring their own bath/beach towels or yoga mats.
We will be outside the building, on the side facing Plymouth street. Make sure you bring your water bottles and stay hydrated!
Rest assured that we will move inside to the Library Auditorium if the heat is overwhelming.
