Road Bike + Yoga 🚴🏽‍♀️☀️🧘🏻‍♂️

📍 Departing from Giant Mont-Tremblant - 860 Rue Coupal, Mont-Tremblant

Join us for an evening of movement, community, and fresh air! We’ll kick things off with a ~30km road bike ride through the beautiful Mont-Tremblant region, followed by a 30-minute yoga stretch session led by Melisande to help release and restore after the ride.

This event is free and open to all levels & all genders—whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just getting into riding, you're welcome here. There will be ride support along the way, and yoga mats will be provided for the post-ride stretch.

What you’ll need:

🚴🏽‍♀️ A road bike
👕 A Giant Mont-Tremblant jersey or t-shirt (available for purchase at the boutique)
💧Water & snacks

We’ll meet at Giant Mont-Tremblant at 5:30 PM and ride out from there. Come connect with other riders, move your body, and enjoy a summer evening of cycling and yoga! 😁
