Pop Up Class!

Come and Join us at the lovely space of Delirium Moon for raising some good energy with some Basic Beginner Belly Dance movements. The dialect of belly dance grounded, earthy with movements that allow energy to flow through. Some people may know it as FCBD style or Global Caravan. This is suitable for every body.

Bring some water, bring a friend, wear work out clothes and if you have a hip belt bring that as well.
