SOUND BATH

Join me for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath on March 29th at 6:30 PM at Resonate: Reiki, Yoga and Wellness Center.

This experience uses the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body into a deeply restorative state. It’s a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful space.

Please arrive by 6:25 PM so everyone can settle in before we begin.
