Sip & Stretch - Yoga at the Winery

Find your zen, improve your flexibility and connect with nature and like-minded souls with our Sip & Stretch Series.

Enjoy a relaxing yoga session led by a qualified instructor on our beautiful patio overlooking the vineyard and showcasing the best view of the city. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting, this serene and welcoming setting will elevate your experience. Each ticket includes a glass of wine, mimosa, or non-alcoholic beverage with time to unwind and enjoy your glass with good company.

Guests can purchase additional drinks from our menu during the social hour. Please drink responsibly and make arrangements to carpool if needed.

Classes are held every Sunday in July and August from 9am to 10am. With the following schedule of instructors:

Yoga mats are not provided. Please bring your own and any additional aids and accessories (blocks, straps, etc.) you may need.

Please arrive 10 mins prior to the start time to ensure you have time to set up your mat and secure your favourite spot.
