Reiki Level One Training Course :

Begin the journey of becoming an energy healer. It focuses on physical and self-healing. Reiki’s first-degree course brings you into harmony with your physical body, the environment, other people and animals.

Mary at Tera -Mai teaches Reiki to help you find your path in life and offers Usui’s daily practices to support that journey. She also trains the student to use Reiki for personal growth and as a self-healing method.
