There are a few things you should know!

• Each Ticket must have the name of the person attending, duplicate names is not part of our policy so your order will be subject to cancellation.
• Multiple orders are prohibitted and will be subject to cancellation.
• Resale of tickets is against policy - if you are unable to attend please select refund on your order.
• We are paperless.....just have your ticket on your phone and we can scan you in from there . Our system will not accept duplicate copies of the same ticket so make sure you have each individual one saved.
• Paying in sterling? Your rate will be calculated for you so don't worry.
• You must keep your ticket with you at all times throughout the night.

• Tickets are refundable up until 24 hours before the event but are non refundable for anyone who may refused admission or asked to exit
