Business Innovation & Market Development - Customer Acquisition

This level 6 Micro Qualification will empower entrepreneurs and existing businesses with the tools essential to develop business ideas.

By completing the customer acquisition unit, employees and companies will investigate and determine product validation, market fit and client management, through strategic development techniques. The 6 units will cover an overview of Business Models, preparing a profile of your initial target segment, consider customer interview techniques and how the results were translated into a sales pitch.

Class workshops will include dragon den style presentations and an opportunity to liaise with business professional mentors. 

Micro-qualification 03 - Customer Acquisition - forms part of a set of 6 micro-qualifications at QQI Level 6.

T he 6 micro-qualifications comprise a Special Purpose Award in Business Innovation and Market Development at QQI Level 6.

On completion of this unit learners will:

• Apply a suitable strategic management template to a new product/service
• Validate the business plan in practice
• Produce customised sales pitches for potential customers
• Devise a sales strategy in line with product/service positioning
