The Summer Park events kick off at Whitby Park in Ellesmere Port on Thursday (12th June) with a free course for children & newcomers with coaching and refreshments. Join us for an evening of fun.
Starts are from 6pm. It is ideal for all abilities with help and advice on hand for any newcomers who want to give it a try.
DEE is again offering FREE Yellow runs at all our eight Summer Sprints to support children & newcomers. Our offer includes:
1. A Warm Welcome: an opportunity to talk to an experienced orienteer to answer any questions that you may have.
2. A 'Learn to Navigate' Activity: New this year, we will introducing a different orienteering skill at each event to help beginners
3. Free Refreshments: A cold drink and a biscuit (DEE provided), over which to chat to club members about how you got on.
