Connect to Nature With Yogasmiths at RSPB Burton Mere Wetlands

Join us, tune out, look inward and reconnect with nature while we take you on a zen and peaceful journey.

We have partnered with the Yogasmiths, Paul & Steve Smith, two British Wheel of Yoga qualified teachers for this unique event.

The morning will start with a gentle guided walk on the reserve, re-grouping in the garden overlooking the ponds and woodland. The Yogasmiths will lead you through a 90 minute Hatha Yoga class covering a breathing exercise, mobilisations, yoga postures and finishing with a lovely guided relaxation. On arrival you will also receive a hot drink voucher to use at our café at your leisure on the day.
