About the event

MoveMe(a)nt Club!

We will meet in the parking lot at Sylvan Island and run/bike/walk/etc along the bike path.

Things to know:
- We will meet weekly (Thursdays), weather dependent, for a group run (time will fluctuate, but around 5-6)
- Anyone can participate (gym members and non-gym members)
- You can run as long or as short a distance as you'd like, at your own pace OR you can walk, ride a bike, roller blade, scooter, etc.
- We will change up the location, so make sure you confirm each week
- You don't have to attend every week. Just join when you can!
- No running experience needed! This is just for fun!
