Cafe' Tere' - Summer Pop-Up

Café Teré will be recreating some of the popular traditional sweet and savory treats along with our sourdough breads from the era of our Brookfield cafe.

Fan favorites include creamy almond bars, lightly crisp biscotti, and chocolate chip with walnut cookies.

Our soft sourdough sandwich loaves baked in rectangular Pullman loaf pans get a recipe upgrade. We now use freshly ground flour which enhances the flavor and boosts it's nutrition. Slices of tomato and herb focaccia along with savory flavored mini loaves will also be on hand.
