Yoga for Life Fundraiser

Join us for a heart-centered yoga class dedicated to healing, connection, and support. This special fundraiser supports SFL (Sacrifice for Life), a non-profit organization committed to helping the lives of those affected by cancer by raising funds to sponsor holistic cancer treatments.

Together, we’ll move through a gentle, all-levels flow that nurtures both body and soul—guided by breath, intention, and community. Whether you’re practicing in honor of a loved one or simply showing your support, your presence makes a difference.

100% of proceeds go directly to SFL to help provide access to alternative therapies that bring hope and healing to those in need.
